No Expiration
Our gift cards do not expire. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
Final Sale
Gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Using Your Gift Card
Gift cards may be applied toward eligible merchandise, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. If the gift card balance is less than the total purchase amount, another accepted payment method may be used for the remaining balance.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase another gift card.
Discounts & Promotions
Gift cards may be used as a form of payment on eligible purchases that include a promotional or discount code.
The purchase of a gift card itself is not eligible for promotional discounts unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
If merchandise purchased with a gift card is approved for a refund, the amount originally paid by gift card will be returned as gift card value. Any portion paid using another payment method will be refunded in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
Free Shipping Eligibility
The purchase of a gift card does not count toward the $150 merchandise minimum for free standard shipping. For example, an order containing $100 in qualifying merchandise and a $50 gift card does not meet the $150 free-shipping minimum.
When a gift card is redeemed to purchase merchandise, it is considered a form of payment. If the qualifying merchandise in the order meets the $150 free-shipping minimum, paying for all or part of that order with a gift card will not affect free-shipping eligibility.
Gift Card Delivery & Security
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically within 24 hours of purchase and contain a unique gift card code. Please treat this code like cash and share it only with the intended recipient.
If you believe a gift card code has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, please contact Awaken Destiny | AD Studio as soon as possible. Replacement or recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Additional Terms
Gift cards are valid only for purchases from Awaken Destiny | AD Studio and have no value outside our store. Gift card use is subject to these terms and our applicable store policies.
Awaken Destiny | AD Studio reserves the right to update these terms when necessary, subject to applicable law.
