Shipping Information

We do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We work with suppliers from around the world to source high quality products for you. Your order is processed within 24 hours. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to four business days of receiving your order.  When your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to keep track of where your order is at all times.

Standard Shipping: Depending on where in the world your item is shipping from, it is possible your item may take up to 25 calendar days to arrive. Also, please note, there may at times be unavoidable delays due to Covid-19 restrictions across the globe, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. In the event that your item does not arrive in the shipping time stated within the product description, please use the Contact Us form or call us at 1-(917) 524-7220 and we will do our very best to expedite your item.

Free Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more shipped to a single U.S. address, after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer and delivery times are subject to change without notice.  

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping on all orders is available on select items at an additional cost regardless of the total amount of your order. Item delivery times range from 4 to 13 days. If for any reason the service is not available for a specific item, we will contact you via email and your expedited shipping fee will be refunded. If the expedited fee applies to several items within one order and the expedition service is available for those other items, the expedited shipping fee will be applied to those items unless you request otherwise. We greatly appreciate your business and will do all that we can to satisfy your request.
